What is it?
Our Infant Feeding Support Groups are aimed at parents with babies under 6 months old, however we will still welcome parents with babies up to 1 year old. The groups offer support and advice on all aspects of feeding your baby, in a safe and friendly environment. You can also attend during your pregnancy.
What will I get out of the sessions?
You will receive advice and support from trained professionals about all aspects of breastfeeding and bottle feeding, including positioning and attachment, breastmilk expression, safe formula feeding, introducing solid foods,
Who is it for?
Parents and parents-to-be who need information, advice and support with feeding their baby.
How many sessions are there?
Groups are on every week at different Family Hubs and community venues - search infant feeding to find all groups.
How can I access the activity?
The groups are dop-in, no advance booking is needed.
