What is it?
Baby Explorers has been planned with key topics in mind, so sessions have a different focus each week such as introducing solids, activities including treasure baskets, messy play and ideas on how you can enhance your child’s learning at home.
What will I get out of the sessions?
You will gain knowledge in supporting your baby’s development through a range of stimulating activities and experiences as well as getting useful information and ideas for how you can further enhance your child’s development at home.
Who is it for?
Baby Explorers is for babies aged approximately 0-6 months and their parents/carers.
How many sessions are there?
Baby Explorers runs over 5 weekly sessions, the sessions are one hour long.

How will these sessions help my child become nursery/school ready?
Personal, Social & Emotional development:
Explore your babies’ new world together through touch, sound vision taste and smell will support your child to become a curious and confident learner.
Physical development:
Discover about introducing solids to get your child off to the best start also covered is the importance of tooth care. Your child will be engaged in activities that encourage their hand /eye co-ordination and gross motor skills ready for crawling/walking
Communication & Language development:
Take part in our music and movement session, teaching your child the connections between words and signs. Let your child copy your sounds as you play together, this encourages their listening and attention, and the movement helps to develop their gross motor skills.
