We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Volunteer Graphic Designer to support our visual communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design and looking to make a meaningful impact through their skills. You will create engaging grahics that reflect our mission and values across digital and print platforms.
What will you do?
- complete an introduction to citizens Advice
- design visual content for social media, newsletters and promotional materials
- collaborate with team members to understand project goals and target audiences
- ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials
- edit and refine exsting graphics as needed
- stay updated on design trends and suggest innovative ideas

What do you need to have?
You do not need specific qualifications but you will need to:
- be friendly, approachble and patient
- be non-judgmental and respect views, values and cultures that are different to your own
- be willing to learn about and follow the Citizens Advice aims, principles and policies, including confidentiality and data protection
- strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
- ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- passion for creativity and a desire to contribute to a meaningful cause
- proficiency in graphic design software
How much time to you need to give?
Ideally we ask for a minimum of one day per week between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
