What will you do as an administrator?
- deal with initial enquiries from clients and third-party referrers
- scanning and organizing documents
- answering the main telephone line
- provide support behind the scenes

- deal with incoming and outgoing post
- using in-house bespoke IT packages
- updating spreadsheets and diaries

How much time should you commit?
This role carries a minimum commitment level of 1 full day per week, generally between the hours of 9.00 a.m. through to 5.00 p.m. If you are unable to volunteer for the whole day please talk to us about volunteering either in the morning or afternoon.
