Help older and disabled people to improve their homes

Warrington’s Home Information and Improvement Agency (WHiA) is a home improvement agency whose aim is to help older and disabled people maintain and improve their home. We are a not-for-profit organisation. The majority of our clients are home-owners or people who rent in the private sector. If you live in a social rented property then some of our services will be available to you as well.
