Drop into the Living Well Hub
Every Tuesday, the Living Well Hub brings together a range of organisations offering support for ageing well and living with dementia. There's no need to book—just drop in.
You can get help with benefits, dementia support, and discover local activities to stay connected and active in your community.
The organisations attending may vary each week. To check what's happening on the day you plan to visit, go to the Living Well Facebook page or website.
These organisations can help you find and get in touch with support services and make informed plans—so you’re prepared if and when you need assistance. See also our Carer Support page.
