The Stay on Your Feet programme is a free 12 week exercise programme for those aged 65 and above to improve balance, muscle strength, and mobility with a primary objective to prevent a fall in the future.
Options include a 12 week group exercise class at a chosen LiveWire or Warrington Borough Council Community Centre, or the opportunity to join and be a part of our Health Walk programme.
The programme isn't just about the exercise, it's about social connection, boosting confidence and support in keeping your independance, helping you to continue to live well.
