To aid the Head Coach in the delivery of each fitness class with session set up, supporting participants in completing activities and session wrap up.
Responsibilities:
Prior experience in working within group exercise sessions or gym environment is preferable, but a willingness to develop knowledge and understanding is essential.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Assisting the Lifestyle Coach with set up/wrap up of space and relevant equipment in line with the session plan and safety measures.
- to always ensure the safety and welfare of participants including registration and session sign in.
- to observe participants during the session, offer adaptations to suit the individual where needed.
- to maintain a high standard of coaching and communication.
- to work alongside other coaches and volunteers to deliver the sessions.
Experience Needed:
All volunteers will need to undertake a DBS (covered by the organisation).
