EBC is a 12 week free program for families who want to make small changes in their habits to make health gains in physical activity, mental wellbeing and nutrition.
We work closely with families to co-produce the content- we want to help our communities feel healthier and happier in the very near future.
“Showing up as your best self” in all aspects of your life isn’t just a phrase for us- it is what we believe- and adopting habits such as getting organised, moving more, drinking plenty of water, eating colourful healthy foods and getting enough sleep- will allow you and your family to do so.
Each session will involve physical activity as well as support for emotional wellbeing and discussions about food choices.
We always aim to make sessions memorable and have a “take home” activity such as a topic to chat about at home, a cooking challenge or a whole family activity- like a walk together or a game- creating time together where habits can be formed.
We want to meet families “where they are” on their journeys and not ask people to change every aspect of what they are already doing- this is a program delivered for families by people who have families- change can be a journey in itself and we want to give families time to do this at their own pace.
