Through local events, networking, campaigns and conversations we will create a culture of knowledge and understanding around mental health, mental illness and suicide prevention.
We will strengthen the support networks within the town for people experiencing mental health challenges and endeavour to ensure that everyone can access the help they need.
Get Warrington Talking - Warrington Speak Up
Our activities include:
Walk and Talk
A leisurely walk around bank park, 30-45minutes. Meet at the Golden Gates at 2.30pm every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month and then join us afterwards for a cuppa in our PAUSE listening space.
Women's Supper Club
Join us on the 3rd Wednesday every month for our Women’s Supper Club. Connecting with others is one of the 5 ways to wellbeing, and social relationships are really important for our mental wellbeing.

Please note, there is a voluntary contribution of £1.50.
Any 1 of Us
The Any 1 of Us course is a 4 week course to help you look after your mental health.
The 4 workshops have been designed for people with learning disabilities and autism and provide an opportunity to gain confidence, talking about mental health and looking at ways to support ourselves and our peers.

A chance to keep in touch following the ‘Any 1 of Us’ course and maintain our mental wellbeing.
