Connecting with others is one of the 5 ways to wellbeing, social relationships are really important for our mental health and promoting wellbeing.

Join us for some food and informal conversation, you will be made very welcome. Some months we have guest speakers or do an activity, all of which is focused on promoting womens wellbeing.

A voluntary contribution of £1.50 would be gratefully received.
