We can support young people who are NEET, not in education, employment or training and are age 16 - 19 (or up to 25 if they have SEND) Our priority is to make sure every young person makes the right choice and this choice helps them to remain in education, training or employment with training.

We offer one-to-one careers guidance appointments either face to face, virtually or over the phone.

Reach Your Potential

“Reach Your Potential is a project which offers support to young people aged between 15 – 25.’

Our experienced team offers information, advice and guidance in relation to making career choices. We can help with developing CVs and interview skills, as well as supporting on a 1-1 basis. We can also offer help working in small groups to build confidence and self-esteem, support to cope with anxiety and build and maintain well-being if needed. In addition to this we work with a wide range of professionals from different settings that we can refer young people to, should they need any further help and support to find the right career pathway.
