We’re a peer-led men’s mental health group built on support, connection, and community. Our aim is simple: to give men a safe, welcoming space to talk (or just listen) and be reminded that they’re not alone.
Join us in The Living Well Hub on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month for Wellbeing Wednesdays — a relaxed get together focused on positive mental health and wellbeing.
