Good Neighbours offers a 12 week course of chair-based exercises (Keeping Mobile) to support people to improve their mobility, balance and strength.

Primarily targetted at people who have suffered a fall or are at risk of falling, our volunteers visit the beneficiary once a week for 12 weeks and take them through a progamme of chair-based exercises.

Full training and all of the resources you will require for the exercises are provided.
