Walk In The Park is back for 2025!
Join Warrington Disability Partnership on the 18th of May for a family-friendly and accessible 5km walk and community fun day. Whether you're walking for fun or raising money for a charity of your choice, every step you take will make a difference.
The 5km route is wheelchair accessible and suitable for all ages. Whether you walk, run, bike, use a wheelchair, or use a mobility scooter, everyone can take part and enjoy the day.
Join us at the Centre for Independent Living on Beaufort Street from 11:00am to meet others taking part and get ready for the walk, which will begin at 12:00pm. On your return, enjoy a BBQ, along with a selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase from our community café.
Our Community Fun Day at the Centre for Independent Living on Beaufort Street will be open 11:00am to 3:00pm, featuring charity stalls, arts and crafts, wheelchair basketball, activities, and a fancy dress competition. There’s something for everyone, so bring your friends and family and make a day of it!
The walk registration fee is £10 for adults and £5 for children. All participants will receive a medal and certificate at the finish line.
