The Positive Thoughts courses take place on a Monday morning 10am -12 noon. It runs over 6 weeks, to get the most out of the course we ask people to commit to the full 6-week programme.
The course explores tools and techniques, stress triggers, building resilience and how to support individuals during difficult periods of time including when experiencing low mood, current and historical life changes and events and changes to personal circumstances
You will have the opportunity to learn and practise new techniques that will contribute to helping you deal with events and feelings differently and work towards a more positive outlook on yourself and life.
