The Oral Health Improvement Team promote evidence-based oral health messages aimed at improving the oral health of children living in Warrington.
Our programmes include:
- Oral health sessions in Children’s Centres
- Oral health advice ‘Drop In’ sessions at the Warrington Living Well Hub
- Supervised Toothbrushing Programmes in early years, primary schools & SEND schools
- Tasty Tuck Award in all primary schools
- Training for all staff in early years settings
- Oral Health Education sessions in primary schools to link with the Early Years Framework and school curriculum
- Attendance at Public Health Events
- Support with local and national oral health campaigns.
