Here at the Living Well Hub, we will be launching a new weekly social group for Mums, who have children with SEN.
The Group will commence from Friday 18th September (10.00 to 11.00 am), and is a lovely informal group to give Mums a little bit of time for themselves.
The sessions are incredibly informal, and will provide a mixture of fitness, health workshops and a chance to relax with other Mums. The sessions will also provide support and advice on the following areas;
- C Section Scar Therapy
- Breathing Workshops
- Sports Bra Fitting
