Wednesday 13th May, 10am - 11am
We are putting on a boxing session for men aged 50 and over at Optimal boxing gym near Bridgefoot. This session will be focused around making boxing accessible for older men who might think they can't get in to boxing due to being too old or not being fit enough.
We want to give guys the opportunity to get down to the boxing gym and be part of a team whilst learning some new skills. We already have guys who are 50+ come down to our mental health boxing session on a Wednesday evening, however we thought trialling a dedicated session might be beneficial.
