From September 2026, we will be hosting a relaxed and informal monthly 45 minute seated exercise class, aimed at people living with Dementia, and their carers too.
The sessions are really positive, and are suitable for all ages.
Backed with a great soundtrack, and a relaxed and informal approach, we can guarantee that you will have a great experience.
These sessions are monthly only, and will always be held on the 4th Tuesday of every month, running from 1.30 pm until 2.15 pm.
