Kooth is a Free, Safe and Anonymous Online Mental Health service for individuals in Warrington ages 11-18 years and Halton ages 11-25 years. Kooth offers professional counselling, moderated peer support and a range of wellbeing tools that young people can access when they need to.
If you're a young person and you’re struggling with your feelings or mental health, our platform is a place where you can access support from other young people and professionals at your own pace.
Your local Kooth Engagement Lead regularly works with schools and local organisations in the area with the goal of reducing stigma and barriers to accessing mental health support.
