Are you a Warrington resident who is struggling with your housing situation or worried you may become homeless?
From October 2026, the Council's Housing Needs Team will be available at the Living Well Hub every Monday and Friday, 9:30am–12pm, offering free, confidential housing advice and support.

Please note: This drop-in is for those who are at risk of homelessness or would like advice or assistance around:
✅ Housing advice and homelessness prevention
✅ Rent arrears, budgeting and benefits support
✅ Universal Credit and Housing Benefit applications
✅ Employment support and income maximisation
✅ Under One Roof applications and bidding support
✅ Rough sleeping prevention and crisis support
This service is not for people who already have an open case with the Housing Needs Team. If would like to discuss a change in circumstances, please contact your Housing Needs Officer directly.
If you are currently homeless, the Living Well Hub team can help you access the appropriate homelessness support.
If you are already being supported by a service or professional, they may also be able to make a Duty to Refer referral on your behalf.
You can also self-refer through Warrington Borough Council’s Homelessness Advice Aid.
