If you’re living with mild to moderate dementia, we offer Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) — an engaging and structured nine-week programme designed to stimulate your memory, thinking skills, and confidence. Delivered in small groups by our trained Wellbeing Workers, each weekly session introduces a new theme and gives you the chance to connect with others in a supportive space. There is also a separate space for Dementia carers with weekly speakers and a chance to connect with other carers.

We are committed to making CST as impactful as medical treatment and to helping you to live a fulfilling life.
