Description

NHS cardiac rehabilitation programme for people recovering from heart attack, heart surgery, or living with heart failure. Includes supervised exercise, education sessions and psychological support. Delivered at Health Services at Wolves (Halliwell Jones Stadium) and Halton sites. GP or hospital referral required.
