Join me on Tuesday evenings for a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra class designed to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with gentle yin poses—held longer to ease tightness and invite stillness into the body. Then, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a powerful form of meditation that brings you into a state of effortless rest… somewhere between sleep and wakefulness.
