Bollywood Fitness is a fun, high-energy 30-minute dance workout inspired by vibrant upbeat Bollywood music and choreography. Suitable for all fitness levels, the sessions combine easy- to-follow dance moves with cardio and toning exercises to boost fitness, cordination and confidence. No dance experience needed- just come ready to move, smile and enjoy a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere while improving your physical and mental wellbeing. Wear comfortable clothes, foot wear and bring a bottle of water.
Every Wednesday 12.30pm to 1pm with optional 15min technique training breakdown of various moves step by step after the workout.
