Know Your Numbers Week is taking place from Monday 7 September to Sunday 13 September.
As part of the week, there will be several free blood pressure drop-in sessions taking place across the borough, where people can get a free blood pressure check. No appointment is needed.
High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but it can increase the risk of serious health conditions, including heart attacks, strokes and kidney disease, which is why regular checks are so important. A quick and simple blood pressure test can help identify potential issues early and ensure you receive the advice, treatment and support needed to stay healthy.
