Hello and welcome to 'Amy's Baby & Childcare'. My name is Amy and I am an OFSTED registered Childminder in Great Sankey. I have been married to John for 15 years and we have two gorgeous children. Our daughter is 15 years old and our son is 10 years old.

We share our home with Benji, our adorable 6 year old Cavachon.

After working as an Assistant Accountant for 10 years I decided to follow my dreams and my heart and became a registered childminder. I have never looked back! 

I have completed my Level 3 diploma in Working with children and young people and am paediatric first trained. I undergo regular training to keep my Safeguarding and SEN knowledge up to date. I follow the EYFS framework and work closely with parents to enhance the children's learning and development. I have recently completed and achieved my Level 3 SENCO. 

With a lovely play park and duck pond 5 minutes away we enjoy daily trips out to feed the ducks and play in the park area, as well as weekly trips to soft play centres, local library sessions and Sure Start Centres.

In my spare time I am often a chaperone at my daughters dance school.
