- Offer consistent navigation across the platform.
- Avoid or minimise the use of jargon and technical terms; explain them if used.
Colour and contrast:
- Use sufficient contrast between text and background.
- Avoid relying solely on colour to convey information.
Images and media:
- Provide alt text for all decorative and informative images.
- Avoid using text within images; if unavoidable, ensure the text is included as alt text.
- Ensure all media players support keyboard navigation and include captions.
Forms:
- Use clear and descriptive labels for all input fields.

Testing and validation
