IT HELP DROP IN SERVICE

We recognise more & more services are going online but not everyone has access or understands how to use the online process - our IT Help drop in service is here to help you.  We can help you:

  • navigate around your device using your mobile phone, tablet/ipad & apps
  • connect to the internet
  • create an email address and save documents
  • manage your health online - eg appointments, prescriptions, results etc.
  • access council, NHS, Government websites

and much more.

The sessions are free of charge and you can bring along your own device if you prefer.  

Our step by step approach makes it simple & fun to learn new skills...No stress, just progress!
